Title | Appliance in cluster is blocked from becoming the primary appliance in that cluster |
Error Code | (0x00b00603) |
Description | This alert is generated when an appliance in the cluster has been blocked from becoming the primary appliance in that cluster. |
Resolution | Cause During a software release upgrade (NDU) each secondary appliance in the cluster is blocked from becoming the primary appliance until it has been upgrade to the same software version as the primary appliance. Title | Appliances in the cluster is no longer manageable within the cluster |
Error Code | (0x00b00501) |
Description | This alert is generated when one of the appliances in the cluster is no longer manageable within the cluster. |
Resolution | Cause Any time an appliance goes offline for any period of time or if the primary node of an appliance goes offline for any reason this alert is generated to indicate that the appliance can no longer be managed as part of the cluster. Specific triggers for this include (but are not limited to) Node or Appliance failures or reboots, Data Path transitioning to an offline or RO state, a docker failure, and software upgrades. Solution If both nodes of the appliance are offline, then at least one of the nodes would need to be brought back online before this alert is cleared.
