Symptoms
PowerDVD 使用者無法在使用 Intel 軟體保護擴充指令集 （SGX） 的系統上播放任何 Ultra HD Blu-ray （UHD-BD） 格式的影片。此問題於 2019 年 8 月 17 日發生在所有版本的 PowerDVD 上。
Cause
Intel：
Intel 建議您不要在 Intel Comet Lake 和 Rocket Lake 平台上使用 SGX，因為 Intel 已不再支援該產品。
Dell PowerDVD：
Cyberlink 表示 Intel 已移除 SGX 支援，且 UHD-BD 格式已不再受支援。
Cyberlink：
PowerDVD 版本 18 和 19 為目前的產品，不會針對移除 UHD-BD 功能進行更新。UHD-BD 播放是一項硬體相關功能。因為這取決於是否呈現新交所。如果硬體或 SGX 不受支援，則該功能將無法運作。

Resolution
