NetWorker-server: Red Hat Linux 7.7, NetWorker versie 19.1.1
NMM Client: 19.2.0.2
SQL Server is geconfigureerd in een configuratie met meerdere subnetten.
De nieuwe NetWorker-clientwizard voor SQL AG-listener/CNO geeft af en toe de foutmelding "Dispatcher: Request timed out". De fout wordt weergegeven in een pop-upvenster.
De daemon.raw-logboeken registeren deze fouten:

Cause
De fout wordt gezien als NetWorker-server probeert verbinding te maken met een inactief IP-adres van de SQL AG-listener/CNO. De time-out voor deze verbindingspoging is langer dan de NetWorker time-out voor de wizard.
Resolution
Stem de parameter tcp_sync_retries op een lagere waarde af om verbindingspogingen met een inactief IP-adres snel te laten mislukken.
