Symptoms
NetWorker 서버: Red Hat Linux 7.7, NetWorker 버전 19.1.1
NMM 클라이언트: 19.2.0.2
SQL Server는 다중 서브넷 구성으로 구성됩니다.
SQL AG 수신기/CNO의 NetWorker 새 클라이언트 마법사가 간헐적으로 실패하고 "Dispatcher: Request timed out" 오류가 발생합니다. 오류가 팝업 창에 표시됩니다.
daemon.raw는 다음 오류를 기록합니다.

Cause
이 오류는 NetWorker 서버가 SQL AG 수신기/CNO의 비활성 IP에 연결을 시도할 때 발생합니다. 이 연결 시도의 시간 초과가 마법사의 NetWorker 시간 초과보다 더 깁니다.
Resolution
tcp_sync_retries 매개변수를 더 낮은 값으로 미세 조정하여 비활성 IP에 대한 연결 시도가 빠르게 실패하도록 합니다.
