Symptoms
XPS 9720のユーザーから、タッチパッドの端に沿ってタッチすると断続的に問題が発生すると報告されています。ユーザーは、タッチパッドの左側、右、および上端が機能しないことを示しています。
Cause
タッチパッドの偶発的なタッチを防ぐため、パーム リジェクション領域は次のように定義されています(図1を参照)。

- 左右のエッジに沿ったエッジ フィルタリング機能の幅は8.2 mmです。
- 上端に沿ったエッジ フィルタリング機能の高さは4 mmです。

Resolution
これは、ノートパソコンのタッチパッドの予期される動作です。タッチパッドは設計どおりに動作しています。
