Microsoft 365 from Dell Support Contact Information
Note: This article applies to Microsoft 365 subscriptions acquired through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program from Dell. This excludes Microsoft 365 consumer products, such as Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family.
To access support with a service tag:
- Go to the Dell Support website.
- Search Support: Enter your Microsoft 365 from Dell software service tag.
The software service tag for this offer can be found in the email titled: Dell Support Information for your Microsoft 365 license.
- With your software service tag you can submit a ticket online, chat, or call technical support. Click “Contact Technical Support”, select one of the topics that you need help with, and use your preferred method of contacts: E-mail, phone, or chat.
To access support without a software service tag:
- Go to the Microsoft 365 from Dell Support website.
- Select your issue from the drop-down menu.
- Without your software service tag you can chat, email, or call our technical support. Prepare your order number and contact us.

French, German, Spanish - Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CEST
Japanese - Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm JST (Excluding Holidays)
