Symptoms

與修訂版 A05 更舊的 E-Port 媒體插槽座，在媒體插槽座或重新媒體插槽座時，可能無法辨識較新的鍵盤。

Cause

Windows 中的電源管理設定會導致此問題。

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請遵循下列步驟：
  1. 開啟 裝置管理員。
  2. 在每個 USB 裝置上按一下滑鼠右鍵，然後以滑鼠左鍵按一下 「Properties」。
  3. 以滑鼠左鍵按一下 [Power Management] （電源管理 ） 標籤 （若有）。
  4. 取消勾選 允許電腦關閉此裝置以節省電力。
  5. 按一下 「OK」。
  6. 為裝置管理器中的每個 USB 裝置重複步驟 2 至 5。
