Symptoms

When booting BIOS while using a dual USB-C cable connected to the docking station, if the battery is lower than 10% the battery information shows 15W under AC adapter (Figure 1).

Resolution

The following steps resolve the AC adapter error.

  1. Insert one USB-C connector into the USB port (Figure 2).
