描述名稱

在執行 Windows 10 版本 1903 或 Windows Server 版本 1903 的系統上執行 Microsoft Windows 更新後，使用 SMB 3.1.1 的 Windows 用戶端在 Windows 10 上的 Microsoft Windows 更新至版本 1903 後，無法存取 SMB 共用。 

此問題是因為 FluidFS 6.0.300135 和更低版本不支援 SMB 3.1.1 中的兩種協商內容。

識別錯誤

您可以透過下列錯誤訊息中識別錯誤：

• 使用者在存取 SMB 共用時會看到下列錯誤訊息： 
  「Windows cannot access」\\servername「check the spelling....Error code 0x80004005 Unspecified error」
   
• Windows 事件檢視器中會顯示下列錯誤訊息：
  「The server does not support any dialect that the client is trying to negotiate, such as the client has SMB2/SMB3 disabled and the server has SMB1 disabled.」
   
• 如果使用 UNC 路徑，例如「 \\server\share」您可能會看到：
  「0x80070043 "Network name cannot be found」
   
• 網路追蹤中的錯誤訊息：
  「STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER」  
   

備註：SMB 用戶端必須中斷所有 SMB 伺服器共用，才能根據參數值來協商適當的方言。

解決方案

FluidFS 韌體版本「MR640」可解決此問題。聯絡支援部門並參考 SLN319473。

1. 開啟 Dell Storage Manager。 
2. 瀏覽至用戶端存取能力
3. 選取通訊協定索引標籤
4. 選取編輯 SMB 通訊協定設定
5. 取消勾選 SMBv3 通訊協定旁的方塊
6. 按一下確定以儲存設定

備註：如果需要最大方言 SMB 3.1.1，請將 Windows 10 版本 1903 或 Windows Server 版本 1903 安裝回復至先前的正式發行版本 (1803)。
