Symptoms

Gebruikers van Dell computers kunnen melden dat er een upgradefout is opgetreden bij hun computer met de foutmelding van: 0x80240020.

Cause

In samenwerking met de technische support van Dell werd vastgesteld dat een niet nader gespecificeerd probleem met Windows de oorzaak was.

Resolution

Door de probleemoplosser voor Windows-update in Windows 7 of 8.1 uit te voeren, wordt het probleem opgelost en kan de Windows 10-upgrade worden voortgezet.
