Before performing any maintenance procedures, please review and perform the following steps:

  2. Disconnect all power sources before opening the computer cover or panels. Replace all covers, panels, and screws before connecting to the power source.
  3. Avoid damaging the components and cards. Handle them by their edges, and avoid touching the pins and contacts.
  4. When disconnecting a cable, pull on the connector or pull tag. Do not pull on the cable itself.
