Problem:     
  • So erfassen Sie grundlegende Systeminformationen und -details von einer IDPA-Appliance.
Gilt für:    
  • Alle Integrated Data Protection Appliances (IDPAs) 
  • Alle Softwareversionen
Die PDF-Datei (Appliance Configuration) enthält die folgenden Details:    
  • IDPA-Seriennummer (Die Seriennummer finden Sie auch auf dem Produktseriennummer-Etikett auf der Rückseite eines IDPA. Die Seriennummer hat eine Teilenummer, die mit 900-xxx-xxx beginnt.)
  • PowerEdge-Service-Tag
  • IDPA-Modellnummer
  • Seriennummern der Komponenten (Avamar, DPA und Data Domain)
  • Komponentenversionen (Avamar, DD, DPSearch, DPA und DPC)
  • FQDN aller Komponenten
  • LDAP/AD-Informationen
  • NDMP Accelerator Node-Informationen (falls aktiviert)
  • vCenter-Informationen
  • ESXi-Informationen
  • Standort-ID
  • Zeitzone
  • SMTP-Serverdetails
  • SNMP-Details
  • IDPA-Hostname und IP
Hinweis: Die PDF-Datei für die Appliance-Konfiguration enthält NICHT das Dell Service-Tag oder die iDRAC-IP (Details zur Service-Tag-Nummer finden Sie im Abschnitt "Hinweise")Es

gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, diese Informationen zu erfassen:   
  • ACM-Dashboard (GUI) 
ACM-Dashboard:   
  1. Melden Sie sich beim ACM-Dashboard an (https://< Hostname oder IP-Adresse>: 8543/dataprotection/#/dashboard).
  2. Klicken Sie oben rechts auf die Schaltfläche PDF Image, um die PDF-Datei "Integrated Data Protection Appliance Configuration" herunterzuladen.

  • SSH auf ACM-CLI
SSH auf ACM-CLI:   
  1. SSH (z. B. über PuTTY) zum ACM-Rechner
  2. Führen Sie den Befehl aus:    
cat /usr/local/dataprotection/var/configmgr/server_data/config/DataProtectionConfiguration.xml
