Este artigo explica como o RSTP (Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol) é implementado nos comutadores Dell Networking PowerConnect usando a CLI (Command Line Interface, interface de linha de comando).

Valores padrão do Spanning Tree no PowerConnect 


 

  • Ativados globalmente em todas as portas
  • O modo RSTP está ativado (o STP e o MSTP clássicos estão desativados)
  • A prioridade do comutador está definida como -- 32768
  • O modo PortFast está definido como -- disabled

Insere o nível de configuração no comutador

console(config)# spanning-tree mode RSTP

Ativa o modo spanning-tree globalmente no comutador

console(config)# no spanning-tree mode

Desativa o spanning-tree globalmente no comutador


 

 

Definindo a prioridade do bridge raiz


  

Comando

Objetivo

console# configure

Insere o nível de configuração no comutador

console(config)# spanning-tree priority 4096

Define a prioridade global do spanning-tree do comutador  Intervalo . (em etapas de 4096)


 

 

O comutador com o valor de prioridade mais baixo é eleito o comutador raiz.  

 


 

Ativando o PortFast


 

Recomenda-se configurar todas as portas de borda, as portas que levam a dispositivos finais, como impressoras, telefones, servidores, workstations, como Portfast. Uma porta no Portfast irá diretamente para o estado de encaminhamento quando o link surgir sem passar pelos estados de escuta ou de aprendizagem.

Insere o nível de configuração no comutador

console(config)# interface te 1/0/1

Insere a interface da porta física específica

console(config)# spanning-tree portfast

Ativa o PortFast na interface.


 

 

Não configure o PortFast nas interfaces que se conectam a outro comutador ou dispositivo de rede.


 

 Verificação das configurações do Spanning Tree  


 

console# show spanning-tree
