Symptoms
AW2723DF monitor user may notice that it does not display a high refresh rate of 280 Hz when using DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.0.

Cause
The AW2723DF monitor only supports a 280 Hz refresh rate when using DisplayPort 1.4 with Overclock. The default setting of Overclock is Off.
Supported refresh rates are:
- 48 Hz to 144 Hz - HDMI 2.0 (Default Setting)
- 48 Hz to 240 Hz - DisplayPort 1.4 (Default Setting)
- 48 Hz to 280 Hz - DisplayPort 1.4 with Overclock feature enabled in On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu
Resolution
Use a DisplayPort 1.4 cable and turn on Overclock in the OSD Menu.
Note: Enabling the Overclock feature may cause screen flickering or abnormal display. To reduce such effects, set the feature to Off.
- Ensure the DisplayPort cable is connected firmly between monitor and computer.

- Use the joystick at the bottom of the monitor to open On-Screen Display.

- Use the joystick to select Menu or
, then press joystick to open OSD Menu.
- Ensure that the Input Source is set to DP.

- Go to Game, Set Overclock to 280 Hz.

- Press the joystick again to confirm.
