Symptoms
當移動滑鼠或按下鍵盤按鍵時，Inspiron 27 7710、24 5400、24 5410、24 5411 和 24 5415 多合一電腦會開啟電源。
Cause
BIOS 中預設啟用 USB 喚醒支援。連接至 USB 連接埠 1 和 7 的 USB 裝置 (圖 1 [僅限英文版]) 會在使用中觸發喚醒訊號。
Resolution

若不想要使用 USB 喚醒支援，請將 USB 裝置連接至 USB 連接埠 6 (圖 1 [僅限英文版])，或在電腦 BIOS 中停用 USB 喚醒功能。
透過下列步驟在 BIOS 中停用 USB 喚醒支援：
- 開啟電腦。
- 在出現 Dell 標誌畫面時點選 F2 鍵數次，直到出現「進入 BIOS」或「系統設定」。
- 在 BIOS 中展開「電力管理選項」。
- 選取「USB 喚醒支援」，然後將滑杆切換至「關閉」，以停用 USB 喚醒支援。
- 按一下底部的「套用變更」(圖 2 [僅限英文版])。
