NVE: SSH-Service auf NVE kann nicht gestartet werden

Die NetWorker-Lösung ist mit der NVE-Appliance (NetWorker Virtual Edition) konfiguriert, kann jedoch nicht über SSH aufgerufen werden.  Die NVE-Administratormanagementportale sind weiterhin zugänglich (NetWorker Management Console, NetWorker Web User Interface und NetWorker Installation Manager) und die Backup-/Wiederherstellungsfunktion funktioniert ebenfalls erfolgreich.  Auf die NVE-Betriebssystem-Shell kann über eine vSphere Web Client-Remotekonsole zugegriffen werden.  

Der SSHD-Service wird nicht ausgeführt und meldet Folgendes:

Die Datei /var/log/messages gibt an, dass ein Problem in der sshd_config Datei vorliegt:

Die NVE-Datei /etc/ssh/sshd_config enthält einen kexalgorithms-Eintrag, der bei einem vorherigen NVE-Upgrade nicht entfernt wurde.

Entfernen Sie den kexalgorithms-Eintrag aus der Datei /etc/ssh/sshd_config.

1. Öffnen Sie im vSphere Web Client eine Remotekonsolensitzung zur NVE
2. Authentifizieren bei der NVE mit dem Root-Nutzer
3. Öffnen Sie die Datei /etc/ssh/sshd_config mit einem Texteditor: vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config
4. Entfernen oder kommentieren Sie die kexalgorithms-Zeile aus
5. Speichern Sie die Änderungen in der Datei /etc/ssh/sshd_config.
6. Starten Sie den SSHD-Service: systemctl start sshd.service
