This video demonstrates how to view the security data for your PC fleet. In Connect and manage, you can view the security of your PC fleet running the Dell Trusted Device security agent. This information helps identify the PCs at risk, enabling you to take the necessary corrective actions. After you deploy SupportAssist for Business PCs and Dell Trusted Device, the security data for your PC fleet can be viewed from various pages in Connect and manage.
When you navigate to Connect and manage, the Overview page is displayed by default. The Security widget displays the security score of your PC fleet, the number of PCs that are secure, the number of PCs at risk, and the number of PCs that need your attention. You can click a specific category to view more information on the Security page. In the Trend section, a trend chart
derived based on the periodic scans performed on your PC fleet is displayed.
You can view the trends for a specific day or a week, and by PCs or security score. Click segments in the chart to see more information on the Security page. You can also view the security data for your entire PC fleet on the Security page that you can navigate to from the left pane. Security data is also available for a specific PC. When you click a service tag on the Security page, the PC overview section displays the security score and the status of the PC in the Security widget.
In the Trend section, you can view a trend chart derived based on the periodic scans performed on the PC. You can also view the risk measurements and the result of each scan in this section.
