This video demonstrates how to view the application experience data for your PC fleet in Connect and manage. SupportAssist enables you to assess the overall performance impact of applications running on your PC fleet. After you deploy SupportAssist for Business PCs, the application experience data for your PC fleet can be viewed from various pages in Connect and manage. When you navigate to Connect and manage, the Overview page is displayed by default.
The Application experience widget displays the application experience score, the number of applications with issues, and the number of most used applications. You can click a specific category to view more information on the Applications page. In the Trend section, a trend chart for applications with issues and most used applications is displayed. You can view the trends for a specific day or a week, and by applications or score.
Click segments in the chart to see more information on the Applications page. You can also view the application experience for your entire PC fleet on the Applications page that you can navigate to from the left pane. This page displays information about each application in your PC fleet. To view details about a particular application, click the application name. The application experience data is also available for a specific PC.
When you click a service tag on the Inventory page, the PC overview section displays the application experience score and other metrics in the Application experience widget. The Trend section displays a trend chart that you can view by a week or a day. Click segments in the chart to view information about the Application crashes and Most used applications.
