How to Replace HDD 3.5 on Precision 3460 SFF

This video will demonstrate replacement procedure of a HDD 3.5 on Precision 3460 SFF.

To remove the hard drive 3.5. Unlatch the base cover. Lift the side cover from the chassis. Pry the retention tabs to release the front bezel. Slightly pull the front bezel and gently rotate to release. Identify the hard drive caddy.

Remove the hard drive power and data cables. Release the hard drive caddy from the tabs on the chassis. Slide the hard drive caddy out of the system. Unlatch the hard drive from the hard drive caddy.

To reinstall the hard drive, relatch it to the hard drive caddy. Reinsert the hard drive caddy. Plug in the cables. Relatch the front bezel. And relatch base cover to the system.
