Depending on the service entitlement of your system, You can submit a Support Request to Dell anytime you need assistance. To begin, click the Optimize My System tile.
Now, click the Get Support tab and then click Create Support Request. If you have performed a scan in the last 24 hours, The Support Request page will be shown. If no scan was performed in the last 24 hours, A message is displayed stating that the scan is about to begin. Click Continue to perform the scan.
If you cancel the scan, you cannot create a Support Request. Please note that during the video transformation and lighting tests, Multiple graphics are displayed, and you will not be able to perform Any actions on your system. Now, on the Support Request page, select an appropriate Issue Category.
Enter a description of the issue and click Next. If you want to edit the contact information and shipping address, Click Edit, make the required changes, and then click Save. Click Finish to create the Support Request. And then click Done. Now, the Support Request's "open" status is displayed on the Hardware Status tile.
