In this video, I'm going to show you how to check if you have a Dell driver installed for your touchpad, or if you have the most up-to-date driver. Open the 'Charms' menu. In the Search bar, type 'Control panel'. Then click, 'programs and features'. If you do not see this option, make sure in the top right hand corner 'View by large icons' selected.
In the programs list, make sure you see the 'Dell Touchpad' on the list. If you do, that means you have the Dell driver installed. You can also tell if you have the Dell driver installed if you see a touchpad icon in the taskbar, or the system tray. If you do not see the touchpad in the taskbar, hit the up arrow to show hidden icons.

Next, click "PCs and Devices" then 'Mouse and Touchpad' If you see your PC has a precision touchpad under the touchpad section that means your PC has a precision touchpad.
