In this video, we will demonstrate how to install SupportAssist After you download the aulauncher file. Before you install SupportAssist, ensure that Your system meets the minimum system requirements to install SupportAssist.

Double-click on the aulauncher file and click Yes To download the appropriate installer package. After the installer package is downloaded, SupportAssist and SupportAssist Agent are automatically installed. After the installation is complete, click Finish. A shortcut to SupportAssist is created on the desktop.
