Description When user created File system snapshot has been taken offline for service mount operation, corrective operations are required to be performed. 
Resolution Cause
File system snapshot (fsname) in NAS server (vdmname) (fsid (fsid)) has been taken offline for service.

Solution
  1. Please perform data collection to assist in the resolution of this issue. To perform data collection using PowerStore Manager go to Settings -> Support: Support Materials -> Start Collection.  Select from the Advanced support materials collection options  to  Include additional information 
  2. Once the data collection is completed contact technical support.
