Overview

Highlight articles or content with an image-focused approach by using the Feature component.

Attributes and Use Cases

Standard on all pages. Authors can create feature components with image or colored backgrounds and tabs for multiple features with images, icons, and/or text on the tabs.

Functionality Description
Authors can create a Feature Component with three different views and four configurations:
1. Single/Slider view - this view should be used when you only have one feature, or do not want the component to show with tabs.
2. Images Slider view - this view should be used if you have multiple features to include in a tabbed view, and want images and text on the tabs.
3. Icon/Text Slider view - this view should be used if you have multiple features to include in a tabbed view, and want icons and/or text on the tabs.

Creating a Feature Component

Please note: this component will only work with Delta templates. It is not available for Vivify pages.

From the sidekick, drag and drop the ‘Column Control’ component into the page. Next, drag and drop the ‘Feature’ component so that it is nested or indented within the Column Control.

CTA	Engage with the content promoted by the text component	CTA button/link with flexible width. The CTA is Left aligned (on extra small and small) and displayed under body copy. Alignment of CTAs on medium and above breakpoints will be defined based on the text placement set in the component.	Character Count: 30 max
Image	Image will serve as a background image for the component and tabs.	Image is always static and occupies 100% width of the grid.	Should be high resolution image. Size: 1600px.
