Customer Reward Program
1. The above mentioned Dell Customer Reward Program shall only be applicable to Medium Business(es) in Singapore during the Promotion Period, 2nd May 2022 until 22nd July 2022 – details of which are set out here under. Only Dell OptiPlex, Dell Precision and/or Dell Latitude hardware(s) shall be eligible for this Program (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Products”). Reward Redemption shall only be applicable when a Customer achieves the stipulated total accumulated purchase(s) amount target(s) set out herein within the Promotion Period. 2. As a condition precedent to the continued eligibility under the Dell Customer Reward Program, unless otherwise approved by Dell, at its absolute discretion, and whose decision shall be final and binding, your company shall achieve a minimum total purchase amount, towards the above mentioned Eligible Products, of the allocated value in the currency of Singapore Dollar (SGD) from Dell Global B.V. (Singapore Branch) to be eligible to redeem any ONE of the point(s) stipulated under Reward(s) Redemption. 3. For the purpose of computing purchases achievement – defined to mean the total amount of the invoiced prices (after deducting the value-added taxed included therein) of the Eligible Products purchased by the Customer from Dell during the Promotion Period and shall specifically exclude the following: - - (a) Eligible Products for which Dell has offered special pricing or discount to customer; and
- (b) samples, display and/or demo units.
(Hereinafter referred to as “Purchases Achievement”) 4. Customer’s purchase amount shall be forfeited should there be any reasons to believe that the customer is involved in any of the following actions: - - (a) Infringement on Dell’s intellectual property rights;
- (b) Violation of Dell’s rules of trade control;
- (c) Release of any advertisement in respect of any and/or all of Dell’s Products without Dell’s consent;
- (d) Providing false and/or misleading information to Dell;
- (e) Failure to fulfill any payment obligation to Dell;
- (f) Causing conflict between different sales segments of Dell;
- (g) Breach of any agreement with Dell;
- (h) Carrying out any action that is detrimental to Dell’s reputation and/or business interests; or
- (i) Selling any and/or all of Dell Products through retail shops.
5. Applicability - 5.1. This Dell Customer Reward Program is only available in Singapore and Malaysia.
- 5.2. This Dell Customer Reward Program is being run together with Dell Global Business Center Sdn. Bhd. It is only applicable for the first 150 Customers in Singapore and Malaysia who qualifies for the Reward(s) Redemption on a first come first serve basis.
6. Prohibition of the law This Dell Customer Reward Program is void where prohibited by law. 7. Variation/Withdrawal Dell reserves its right to make any changes to this Dell Customer Reward Program, including but not limited to, any changes pertaining to reward redemption, should there be any cancellations or amendment of orders, reversal of download(s), negative deal(s) and total withdrawal of this program, at any time without any prior notice nor explanation. Customer hereby agrees and accepts that, in the event this Dell Customer Reward Program is withdrawn pursuant to this clause, customer shall not be entitled to any damages and/or any other form of compensation. 8. Result Notification Bi-weekly notification from Dell on accumulated purchase(s) amount shall be via email. Final notification will be given on the following week of end of the Promotion Period on confirmation of the final and total purchase amount followed by reward redemption. 9. Reward(s) Redemption Dell Customer Reward Program shall only recognize on Customer unit account sales purchase. i.e. ONE Customer ONE Redemption only. At the end of this program, the Customer will be notified as to whether they are entitled for the reward redemption whereby the Customer will be requested to respond on their reward redemption within FIVE (5) working days. In the event the Customer fail to meet the FIVE (5) working days dateline, Dell reserves its right to forfeit the customer’s eligibility for redemption of the stated rewards. The Rewards Redemption will be conducted by way of point system as follows: -
(a) SGD 100 = 1 (ONE) point; OR
If purchase(s) are made via Dell Premier Page at https://www.dell.com/en-sg/work/lp/dell-premier-deals
(b) SGD 100 = 2 (TWO) points
The redeemed point(s) can then be used to redeem any ONE OF THE ITEMS under any one of the Tier the Customer is qualified for, listed hereunder: -
a) TIER 1: Accumulated purchase(s) of above 60 points will be eligible to redeem a gift worth SGD 60;
b) TIER 2: Accumulated purchase(s) of above 130 points will be eligible to redeem a gift worth SGD 130; or
c) TIER 3: Accumulated purchase(s) of above 200 points will be eligible to redeem a gift worth SGD 200.
10. GENERAL - (a) The Customer shall be bound by any and all further terms and conditions as may be determined by Dell at its sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation, return and/or refund of the ordered system occurs, the Customer shall be automatically disqualified from any and all reward redemption.
- (b) In the event the Customer returns any of the Eligible Product(s) ordered pursuant to Dell’s Total Satisfaction policy or whereby the Customer cancels any order made, the order shall be excluded from the total accumulated purchase(s) and where the Customer has already received the redeemed point(s), the Customer hereby agrees to return the redeemed point(s) at the Customer’s expense. In the event the redeemed point(s) has been used, the Customer shall return monies amounting to the value of the redeemed point(s).
- (c) Dell reserves its right(s) to cancel, terminate, suspend, shorten and/or extend the abovementioned promotion at any time prior to the expiry of the Promotion Period without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension, shortening and/or extension by Dell of the abovementioned promotion shall not entitle any person(s) and/or Customer(s) to any and all claim and/or compensation against Dell for any and all loss and/or damage suffered or incurred by any person(s) or Customer(s) as a result of, direct or indirect, cancellation, termination, suspension, shortening and/or extension of the promotion.
- (d) The redeemed point(s) are not transferable, exchangeable and/or redeemable for cash. Dell reserves its right to replace the redeemed point(s) with other item(s) of equivalent value without any prior notice. Dell accepts no responsibilities for any variation in item(s) values.
- (e) Dell reserves its right to use the name(s), address(es), photograph(s), information and/or document(s) of the Customer in advertisement(s), other form of publicity and/or future marketing purposes from time to time. Acceptance of the redeemed reward/point(s) in the above promotion shall constitute the Customer’s consent to such use, without any further payment and/or consideration and/or notice.
- (f) Dell shall not be held responsible and/or liable for any and all claim(s) of loss or damage(s) to property or personal injury or loss of life by the Customer and/or any party resulting from and/or arising out or in connection with this promotion.
- (g) The terms and conditions stipulated herein prevails over any provision and/or representations contained in any and all brochure and/or other promotional materials advertised under this promotion.
- (h) In the event of any dispute, conflict, uncertainty and/or ambiguity arising and/or relating to the terms and conditions stipulated herein, or any matter involving this promotion, Dell will resolve the matter in its absolute and unfettered discretion and the entire decision in such matter shall be deemed conclusive and final.
- (i) The terms and conditions stipulated herein shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts of law.
