DR4000 Unable to detect filesystem type on data volume.

Bom dia a todos

Tenho aqui na empresa um Dell DR4000 no qual apresenta o seguinte erro no acesso:

"Unable to detect filesystem type on data volume."

Infelizmente já está fora da garantia e em pesquisas e na documentação a única informação que tenho é entrar em contato com o Suporte da Dell.

Já tentei alguns comandos mas até agora sem sucesso.
