USB Webcam and wired keyboard issues

Hello everybody.

I connected to the USB Type A ports of my XPS-15 9570 (with Windows 10) a USB Webcam and a wired keyboard (one device per port). Each device works fine by itself. But, when I activate the Webcam, the Keyboard stops working (i.e. while typing, it misses most of letters and randomly replicates some letters).

I ran windows troubleshooters and Dell hardware tests with no success. Drivers are up to date.
