external microphone does not run

hello,

I have last BIOS and last REALTEK driver. To be sure, I reinstalled the REALTEK driver (Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver_51T6N_WIN_6.0.1.8142_A07_03).  Services Waves MaxxAudio is enabled. But I have not Waves MaxxAudio in Start Menu. What can I do?
