Update CPU from Core(TM) i7-7820HK CPU to CPU can support Win 11

Hi every one,

can you give the compatible CPU of Core(TM) i7-7820HK CPU that i have in my Alienware R4 17, to upgrade in order to install windows 11.

Second point, about restriction of Device Manager, i don't went to reinstall windows again, do you have any suggestion to reactivate Device Manager.
