XMS OVA Symbols

Any idea why the OVA has weird characters in the file name? Does this illustrate an issue or just something that can be renamed and imported? Just curious if others have seen this:

vxms-master-ova–vA.1.0.ova

thank you

We are looking into it. It seems it has to do with how some of the characters are displayed in Windows.

In the meantime, you can rename the file before you import the OVA. But, before doing this, you need to confirm that you have downloaded the correct OVA version number (A.1.0 in this case) and that the calculated MD5 checksum of the OVA package matches the one displayed on the support page. This way you can confirm that you correctly downloaded the right OVA package.
