DAE Controller SAS port 2 down
Hello,
I'm facing a regular problem on an Xbrick:
In the XMS Event logs I can see several changes of SAS port 2 states: from up to down and down to up.
We have checked the physical connection of the SAS cable.
This alert is considered as Minor for the Port 2 and Major for the Port 1. Assuming we are in XIOS 4.0.1, is that a known issue? is there a workaround? Is there a danger?

It would be best to create an SR and have the support team look into it.

Hi,
I had the same problem but after reinitializing the box it become OK, after a few weeks we had a power failure and box rebooted and problem came back again, since data has been loaded on the box I cannot reinitialize it again, I really appreciate if somebody give us the correct answer.

i just found out this is a bug and it just fixed in 4.0.1-41. please check the following release note document page 20.
