XPS 15 9570 Fingerprint scan for Windows Hello doesn't work

Hello guys! I've just bought XPS 15 9570 and tried to set up fingerprint for Windows Hello but it seems fingerprint sensor isn't working properly.

1. Goodix fingerprint driver is installed with 2.1.32.300 version and I can't find any abnormal issues on device manager.

2. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver but it is still not working.

3. Intel SGX Enable option is enabled.

4. I am technically able to set up Windows Hello fingerprint but when I put my finger on the sensor nothing happens. I don't know what the problem is.

If anyone has had same issue and fixed it please share it with me! Thank you so much.

I've tried to do as the link said but when I tried to install Intel Software Guard Extension Platform Software, it says I've already installed the latest version then installation has canceled. The thing is I can't find that software on my pc. Where can I find it??

Did you ever get this fixed?

I have the same problem :O(

Nothing happens during setup - tells me to keep scanning my finger and nothing happens.

Try to install that guard software and it says already installed.....depressing
