Dell XPS 13 9360 Original hard disk image
I received my new Dell XPS 13 9360 (1 week) , I7 processor with 16GB of ram, 1TB SSD and after resize OS partition to have a second partition do DATA and activate Bitlocker in drive C and D the system crash without boot anymore and now I cant see the original option in boot menu do restore original OS. Any ideas where to get the original Hard Drive image? thanks in advanced.

hi,
Thanks in advanced, I'm already try this tool whitout success.
I run the dell os recovery tool in another machine put my tag and get the message "Recovery image currently unavailable"

We can't see your attachment.
Just shrinking the C partition and adding another one should not have messed up your boot. So, how did you accomplish the change and can you undo it?
Did you make a Windows 10 recovery drive?

I don't create any Windows 10 Recovery drive.
the crash occurs when starting bitlocker encryptation.
and when start we install a new bios that is pending for reboot.

this is ok to install de OS, don't repair the original boot option to recover OS system.
