Dell Display Manage for Window 11 ARM 64 - Error Installing

I am getting an error message when installing Dell Display Manager - version 2.3.1.  (https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-au/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=98wwm) 

Error message is " This PC is not a Dell Display Manager supported ARM Platform.   I doubled check the page it says Windows 11 ARM64 in the supported operating system, and my Dell monitor is included in the Compatible Systems List.

My OS is Windows 11 ARM64.
