Where to find RTME.i386.pkg package?

Hi all,
I’m running ThinOS 8.3_012 in a Wyse 5010 (D10DP) and Wyse 5040 AIO with PCoIP. For use and activate RTAV I need to install/deploy manually RTME package (Cf. WTOS DELL Wyse ThinOS 8.3 Release Notes, page 10). Can you tell me where to find RTME package? I’ve failed searching @ Wyse/DELL Support Self service and in the Internet.
Thank you in advance for your help

Regards

Humberto

Humberto,

If you just purchased the 5010 it should have come with all the files. Upgrades to WTOS requires a Software Maintenance contract. Please contact your sales representative to purchase.

See below the signature for details.

All firmware for WTOS is available from the Digital Locker only. To access, you need to subscribe to the Software Maintenance Program.
