hi can someone help me in making local printing work on a wyse xentih zero client?

we are trying to build a laboratory with the following components

xendesktop 5.5, wyse xenith zero clients, usb printer (dot matrix)

we are able to connect the printer to the zero client and did a test print and it works
but when we connect to the xendesktop and a VM is launched via zero client, we can't seem to see the printer mapping of the local printer connected to the zero client.

anything we need to check? any policies we missed out?
