Wyse Tx0 - Connect to XenApp Farm

Good Morning

I am trying to configure a Tx0 to be able to login and open published apps on a XenApp 6.5 farm.

Is this possible? We have Storefront 3.5 and also a Netscaler Gateway if that helps.....but i wasnt sure if we needed XenDesktop to accomplish this?

Have trawled a few how-to's but nothing obvious as to what i configure on the box, so hoping someone can help
