device not prompting change password dialog box
Device doesn’t not prompt for password change after password expires in active directory. The only message on WYSE home screen is “Citrix sign-on failed”. If we manually reset password in AD, user can login.
Where should I look why device not prompting change password dialog box?

Can you provide a little bit more detail about your Wyse devices? A model number, Operating System and version would be helpful since Wyse thin clients use more than one operating system and this issue is addressed differently for each on of them. You can also go to www.wyse.com/kb and select the Knowledge Base tab and enter password in the search windows and press Enter after wards. See if any of the results answers your question.

Thank you for the information. For an answer to this question go to www.wyse.com\kb and select the knowledgebase tab. Enter the number 24928 and review the knowledgebase article for a solution.

Thank you for replay.
Settings on server are OK, and other zero clients are able to change their password.
We manage to fix these "wyse" issues changing data in “PnliteServer”.
Best regards
