Can TCX Suite 4.2.02 still be downloaded?

We have Wyse C90s and R90s and intend to update our Citrix Windows 7 XenDesktop image.  The one piece of software we do not seem to have a copy of and I cannot find a copy of, is listed in Windows 7 Programs and Features as Wyse TCX Server Suite 4.2.0.2.

I have so far only found a download for Wyse TCX Client Suite 4.2.0.2 (rather than Server Suite) at https://appservices.wyse.com/pages/serviceandsupport/support/dlOraFW.asp?which=122&Model=C90LEW(Windows%20Embedded%20(WES)) and the link to download gives a 404 error.

Does anyone know where this software is available?
