BSOD - BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER in 5010 WES7E MR3

After imaging a Dell Wyse 5010 (Rev 1021, 16GB Flash / 4 GB Ram, Windows Embedded 7 Standard) with the BDB0_7092_16GB MR3 image, the client would post a BSOD for a "BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER" about 33% of the time when the client boots. Removed all optional software from image and confirmed all devices listed in device manager are running using a configured driver and no extra USB devices attached (only standard USB keyboard and mouse).
