Wyse 5470 Win10 IoT integrated webcam not redirecting

Has anyone had issues with redirecting the integrated webcam on a Wyse 5470 running Win10 Iot Enterprise 2019 LTSC (ver 1809 build 17763.1577) over RDP?  I cannot get the integrated webcam to redirect to a Win10 virtual machine running in our datacenter. My Dell Precision laptop's integrated webcam will redirect and work to the same VM. Also if I hook up a USB webcam to the Wyse 5470, that will redirect and work. So there is something about that integrated webcam that is not redirecting. I have tested the integrated webcam and it does work...I have tried all the usual RemoteFX local group policy changes and nothing. Any ideas?
