Dell Wyse 5470 Windows Updates
The Dell Wyse 5470 (Windows 10 2019 LTSC) is equipped with Unified Write Filter and there is no way to install Windows Updates when the UWF is enabled.
What is the best way for Patch Management of Thin Clients with Unified Write Filter?

Wyse Management Suite (WMS) has the ability to push out windows updates and can handle the write filter.
