Username input box greyed out and error of "Could not add your account. Please check your account and try again."

Hello, we have recently updated to WMS 4.3 HF1, and updated our thin clients to 9.5.1079, workspace version to 23.11.0.82.6.

We have noticed at times when users input their credentials incorrectly, the username input box becomes greyed out cannot be selected. A message appears at the bottom of "Could not add your account. Please check your account and try again."


I cannot find anything policy related that would cause this. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction if possible please?
