ThinOS 2205 - 1 hour WMS Check-in broken ?

Many of the devices that I have upgraded to ThinOS 2205 do not appear to be checking into WMS every hour.  This is the first time I have seen this with any ThinOS release.  All my device running previous firmware are checking in fine.  Is this just another ThinOS bug?
