Disconnect every 10 minutes
After testing every avd and firmware available, we have always at least one problem. For exemple with this combination :
avd : 2.5.2334
firmware : 9.5.1079
every ten minutes with keep disconnecting.
after looking at dumps logs

I would definitely encourage you to get a support case rolling and have engineering review logs and network traces. this is not normal nor what I see with other customers.
By any chance are you doing Azure HCI Stack? I have seen this setting be used sometimes in those scenarios, "Disable On Premise WebSocket Gateway"
