Firmware update on thin client
Hello. The company I work for has about 60 of these Tx0 thin clients, and I was asked to find answers for the following two questions:
1. Is there a deployment option of downloading the firmware to multiple (in this case 60) thin clients at once, rather than one at a time?
2. Is there is a way to update the firmware on a Dell Thin Client WITHOUT wiping the configuration back to factory default?
I've looked everywhere for these answers with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thin clients are designed to be centrally managed. The thin client can be managed by either FTP/HTTP server, or by WYSE Management Suite. When managed with either method the thin client can have its firmware updated centrally, and all settings retained.
