Dell Wyse 3040 Some Issue! Dell i need support!
Dell Wyse 3040
Firmware 8.6_013
VmWare View Horizon 7.4
Protocol: PCoIP.
Windows 8.1 full patch and update.
Issue list:
1 - First the caps lock and numlock some time don't match if i turn off the caps lock on windows vdi still saying Caps lock on.
2 - the Wyse Dell management system whit the firmware 8.6_013 i get an error on the SSL hands shake when i try to connect to wyse using vnc web client.
Server disconnected (code: 1002, reason: error:140940E5:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:ssl handshake failure)
3 - When use wyse 3040 go to sleep the monitor size area change from 19" to 14" i have to reset the wyse 3040 for get a full size screen again.

I would strongly encourage you to try the recently released 8.6_019 firmware. If you are still having problems open a support ticket using the service tag off of the device. Dell support does not monitor to, nor respond to threads in this forum.

Where can I download the 8.6_019 firmware? I am on 8.6_013. Having issue with the WIN 10 1903 update and looking for any possibilities

If you're using Chrome, that's your issue. Using Firefox instead is what fixed it for me (I found the solution here: https://www.technicalhelp.de/topic/ssl-handshake-error/)
