Session Disconnected - does not connect

Session Disconnected - does not connect

I have PocketCloud as well as the companion on my PC (Windows 7, Home - Followed all suggested troubleshooting in the initial setup). After some inuitive troubleshooting outside of your simplified setup directions I Finally got the application to show my home PC on my Android. When I select it from the list to connect however, it immediately indicates that the "Session Disconnected". If I click on the reconnect , it does'nt.

One thing I noticed is that the inital router configuration guidance was a lot more complex than was described in the troubleshooting guide for . My Router requested a lot more information so I made some estimated guesses as to the correct configuration. To see my computer on the list for example, I had to enable and configure DHCP Reservation. After that was done, I could finally see my computer. As far as I can tell the Router is set to allow PocketCloud and associated components through the Firewall.

Any Suggestions ? Router is a DLink WBR-2310. Computer runs Windows 78 Home.

Are you connecting over wifi or 3G/4G? What versions of PocketCloud and PocketCloud Companion are you using? Are you attempting to connect via RDP or VNC?

If you are connecting using VNC, please make sure Allow loopback connections is enabled in TightVNC (should have been installed with the Companion software):
