No keyboard appear!

No keyboard appear!

I'm using windows 2003 standard SP2.
I had install Wyse PocketCloud Windows Companion 2.0.3
Mobile phone: Android 2.1
PocketCloud Free version 1.0

I can successful login but i didn't see the keyboard. the keyboard didn't appear on my sceen.
The keyboard Auto-activate is ON.

what's the problem?

Please read my first message of this thread, i had install Wyse PocketCloud Windows Companion 2.0.3
in my windows 2003 standart sp2. I had tried to manual activate the keyboard, but it still not available.

The keyboard will auto-activate after the initial login. Is that not happening or is it not appering at login time?

Once you login , when you enter any text field you should be able to see keyboard provided you have the pocktcloud companion installed on your desktop.
It is available on the website.

thanks for reply.
After i delete the username and password information.
I try to login again, there are no keyboard appear in the login dialog of the windows 2003.
Thus, i'm not able to enter the username and password.

i had check the keyboard setting in my phone, it is using TouchPal version1.0 (10737) www.cootek.com.

use menu and activate the keyboard please.
