wall paper policy policy not working with WYSE5070 device

I have registered new DELL WYSE5070 device with WYSE management suite and applied simple wall paper to the device group. but wall paper not applied.

I have checked the wdaagent logs and noticed wallpaper.jpg checksum failed.

i have tried by changing different different jpg images with in policy but the same issue was noticed. any advice.
